AT Government Strategies, a subsidiary of Armstrong Teasdale LLP, proudly announces that Cassandra Grewing has joined as Director of Government Affairs and Elizabeth Weber-Haynes has joined as Director of Legislative Services. They join a team of nearly a dozen professionals across the country with deep experience in public affairs, lobbying and consulting.

Grewing has enjoyed a long career in public service, primarily as a self-employed lobbyist consulting on strategy and monitoring. She brings nearly two decades of experience in the legal field to her role as director of government affairs for AT Government Strategies. Grewing is skilled in the legislative process and responsible for monitoring legislation, providing timely communications and regular reports. As such, she has experience with Westlaw and WestlawNext, and is also proficient with GovWatch. She also helps clients with strategy, business development and legislative testimony messaging, and is knowledgeable with developing proposals and arranging public testimony. Grewing is also a notary public.
Weber-Haynes brings more than a decade of experience to her work advancing the legislative portfolio at AT Government Strategies and offering a well-rounded service for corporate clients. As a political consultant, Weber-Haynes has experience with bill tracking, amendment tracking, budget tracking, committee oversight, debate oversight, report writing and association management. She regularly evaluates and interprets current political issues, policies and legislation for client use, and has drafted articles, letters, reports and technical documents on policy and public affairs issues for publication. Weber-Haynes regularly attends legislative and regulatory hearings to report information, and reviews legislative and regulatory documents, analyzing the varied implications for her clients. She also supports the efforts of registered lobbyists and special interest groups.
Grewing and Weber-Haynes are both based in Jefferson City, Missouri.
