- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping;
- ensure compliance with the Missouri Ethics Commission and the Federal Election Commission’s laws and regulations;
- analyze the application of federal and state finance requirements for client’s political activities;
- provide advice and analysis of state and local contribution limits and prohibitions;
- provide advice and analysis on the ability of federal PACs to make state and local contributions; and
- provide advice and analysis of compliance issues associated with establishing federal, state and local PACs.
