• Planning and holding annual conferences, board meetings and other meetings as required;
  • maintaining and providing technology services including your association website; membership database, emails, newsletters and social media;
  • managing all communications to and from the association, which includes membership management, maintenance of all records and annual reports to the board;
  • serving as custodian of association funds, handling the invoicing and collection of dues and special assessments, and handling of all PAC requirements;
  • managing and maintaining all annual registration reports with the Secretary of State, the State Auditor, Department of Revenue and the Missouri Ethics Commission;
  • general office managerial duties, including notary services; and,
  • procurement and supply chain management.
